Every current Jackery on our list has a USB-C port rated for 100 W, so a Mini plugs straight in. The choice comes down to capacity and weight, from the 3.7 kg Explorer 300 v2 to the 17.9 kg Explorer 2000 v2.

Jackery Explorer 300 v2
At 3.7 kg this is the one you can carry to a picnic table with one hand. It gives a Mini about a working evening and a bit over USB-C, not a full day. The 300 W AC outlet will run a Standard dish, but only for around two hours, which makes it a poor match for that dish.
Jackery Explorer 500 v2 (EU model)
Sold in the EU and UK, not in the US. Around 500 Wh puts it between the small and mid-size stations: a long day of light Mini use, or an evening of video calls with charge left over. The listing we found is a retailer's, and two retailers disagree on the second USB-C port, so treat the port details as unconfirmed.
Jackery Explorer 1000 v2
The size most people land on for a Mini: a full day and night of typical use over USB-C, at 10.8 kg. It has two USB-C ports with the stronger one rated at 100 W, so a laptop can charge beside the dish without touching the inverter.
Jackery Explorer 1000 Plus
About a fifth more capacity than the 1000 v2, for a heavier box. Jackery's own pages give two different weights, which we flag rather than pick. On a Mini the extra capacity adds roughly six hours per charge.
Jackery Explorer 2000 v2
Two days of typical Mini use on one charge, or about 16 hours of a Standard dish through the AC outlet. At 17.9 kg it lives in the van or the house rather than the backpack.
